Is it worth waiting for Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong?
There are a few franchises out there that really seem unlucky when it comes to video games. The original Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is a great production, but only when after volumes of patches and updates. That's why I approach the next RPG from this universe with a certain apprehension. Big Bad Wolf is developing Swansong, so who knows, maybe the game will be okay? Especially since it is supposed to be focused on intrigues, and not just gory slaughter!
Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong might be pretty strong
Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong will be set in Boston, where the war of vampire factions rages on. There was a chance for peace and reunification, but it was squandered by an outsider. What is all the fuss about? That's exactly what will find out by playing as three vampires from different clans. During the investigation, we will have to explore a lot and participate in many dialogs. However, remember to hold the title masquerade – people should not find out that vampires live among them. Therefore, there will be less shooting and more thinking in this part.
