Yes, it's not a whole game in the full meaning of the word. Phantom Liberty is just an addition, but after all, it's for Cyberpunk 2077, so it's worth mentioning. In the upcoming DLC, the player and Johnny Silverhand will be drawn into an intrigue reminiscent of classic spy and political thrillers. The Lady President has to be rescued and only one person is capable of doing this job. Well, maybe two.

Phantom Liberty is about to revolutionize Cyberpunk 2077 in a huge way. One of the developers said that in this condition the core version of the game should be released at launch. A completely new area of Night City as well as new missions will certainly not be everything "new". The premiere in 2020 didn't go smoothly. Hopefully this time will be much better.
