6. Goku and Vegeta as Gogeta are equal in power to Broly. 15 most important moments of Dragon Ball

- Which series is it: Dragon Ball Super: Broly
- Starring: Goku, Vegeta, Broly
In the first three movies in which he appeared, Broly turned out to be nothing but a brainless mass of muscles. The hatred for Goku that fuels him was to result from the fact that ... the main character of the series cried in his presence in his childhood, not allowing Broly to fall asleep. A bit silly, right?
The last movie, this time a part of canon, presented the antagonist in a completely different light. Broly still remains a great angry Saiyan, but has a much better reason to take revenge on Vegeta and Goku. By the way, he gets from Toriyama, who this time took care of the script personally, a little more sense and even his own romantic plot.
However, what is most spectular in the film is not Broly at all, but Gogeta. In the anime, all of Goku and Vegeta's merges were ultimately just visual ornaments. Their mergers did not bring any good - the rival either turned out to be stronger in the end, or the conceited Gogeta did not have enough time to deal with him. During the fight with Broly, the cooperation of the two most powerful Saiyans in this universe finally began to make sense. Cheelai saved a Saiyan muscle from death, but the final blow was to be given to Broly by Gogeta.
Gogeta managed to finish Janemba off
The last time Gogeta managed to bring the fight to an end was in a movie starring Janemba. Then the merged Goku and Vegeta after a few twists and turns sent the soul of the demon not so much to hell (because that's where the clash took place), but to complete non-existence. Unless in the future Toriyama or Toyotaro decide to bring him back as well...
