In their latest movies, Marvel introduced the concept of the multiverse, i.e. the fact that there are many other worlds/universes in which all other scenarios related to our current reality are located. Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert used this idea (in a much more skilful way) in their spectacular film Everything Everywhere All at Once .

A woman immersed in the sad everyday life suddenly has to get out of her comfort zone and start doing - whether she will save the universe is entirely in her power! The film revels in terms of ideas, and it's also an audiovisual gem - the viewer feels that he is just another hero in this messed up adventure. It is also gratifying that Michelle Yeoh is finally being so duly appreciated by a larger audience. The actress is outstanding in this film - no wonder she just received a Golden Globe nomination. Her acting is thoughtful, so it's only surprising that viewers will see her in the mediocre The Witcher: Blood Origin series right around Christmas.
