FCR3 – a set of improvements and bug fixes

FCR3 – Immersion and Gameplay Tweaks:
  1. Creator: Andrzej Kwiatkowski
  2. Size: 9,4 MB
  3. Released: November 2017
  4. Current version: 0.31 b (status as of January 2018)

The collection opens with a mod directly from one of the authors of The Witcher 3. First, Andrzej Kwiatkowski created – as a senior gameplay designer – Wild Hunt along with expansions, and then (six months later) completed a set of improvements and fixes and released them as a mod called FCR3 – Immersion and Gameplay Develops. The list of changes is impressive – the developer reached the deepest layers of the code to increase the level of immersion and improve the balance of gameplay.

Geralt (finally!) can see in the dark without potions. It's easier to reach toxicity with decoctions, and Quen was nerfed. On the other hand, our companions can deal damage (which they apparently couldn't in the core game), so Yennefer or Triss, in the end, are properly formidable. As I mentioned at the beginning – it's hard to count all the changes, but together, they really improve the Witcher 3.
