The following page of the Disgaea RPG guide describes Facilities, Nather Hospital, Data Shop and Memory Shop.
Facilities tab is located in the lower right corner of the screen. You will find there 5 objects:
Mao's Lab
In Mao's lab, you can perform Reincarnation, Awakening and Strengthen your character, as well as assign mana points earned during reincarnation.

Dark Assembly
In Dark Assembly, you buy bills with Assembly Points. With the right items, you can bribe senators to agree to your requests.

Nether Hospital
Every 8 hours you can take part in Doping Roulette at Nether Hospital and win up to 200 action points! The purple bar of action points is located in the upper left corner of the screen.

At Nether Hospital, you also get rewards if you lose. Under the requirements for unlocking the next rewards you will find the exact amount of received injuries, defeats and deaths of the entire team.
Click on the blue Claim Reward icon to collect your rewards.
Data Shop
In the Data Shop - Character Illustration, you will find information about the characters.
Equipment Illustration contains a list of acquired weapons and armor. At the bottom of the list are the stats of your equipment. Here you can check how many rare and legendary items you already have.
You can check your stats in Current Records. There you will find information such as the number of days spent in the game, the number of executed Tower Attacks or Prinny explosions.
Memory Shop
In Memory Shop you will find all the videos with dialogue sequences that you unlocked in the game from Main Story, Netherwold History or Events.
In Character Episode, Nether Quartz rewards await for unlocking the next levels of the main characters in the game. When you click on the selected story, a short video with the character will appear on the screen.
