After picking it up, get to place for put it up (sights on map) and press Action button - Put up the fences | Chapter 1 - Back to Reality - Chapter 1 - Back to Reality - Dead Island Riptide Game Guide

After picking it up, get to place for put it up (sights on map) and press Action button. Repeat with four remaining fences.
