Control: A Captive Audience - walkthrough
This page of our Control guide contains a walkthrough for a side quest called A Captive Audience. You will learn, e.g. how to arrange the correct symbol, how to defeat enemies in the astral world and how to unlock Seize skill.
The quest starts in Sector: Research, near the Parapsychology room. There is a note on the desk - pick it up.
Walkthrough: Go to the Parapsychology room. The room contains a lot of opponents. They won't attack you because they are focused on a location separated by the fence. Make your way to it. The area which you need to access is separated by a fence. To get there, you need to go down the corridor. Follow the path to reach a control room. You need to set the symbol exactly as shown in the picture above.
Enter the unlocked area and interact with the object. You've just entered the Astral Plane. You'll encounter a group of opponents. During the battle, you will learn a new power-seizing opponents To use the ability, you need to deplete the enemy's health levels. Once that is done, you can take them over from a safe location to help you in combat. It works like a mind control.
As a reward, besides the Seize skill, you'll receive materials, weapon mod and three skill points.
