You should easily recognize a dancer when entering an enemy camp. Firstly, his name will suggest it. Secondly, most of the time, he entertains other NPCs with his dance. So if you want to have him in your camp, equip a club and attack him with it. Don't overdo the clubbing, as he may drop dead. Once his name turns grey, it means that he is unconcious - all is left to do is to bind him.
