Nazi Zombie Guide - Call of Duty: WW2 CoD:WW2 Zombie Multiplayer Guide
Last update: 10 November 2017
Nazi Zombie is one of the modes available in Call of Duty: WWII. As the name suggests, you have to fight with Nazi zombies - you and other players must complete missions on the map and defeat new waves of undead. In this page you can find a few tips and starting information as well as the list of consumables and special abilities that can be used in this mode. The guide for Nazi Zombie mode can also be useful for multiplayer fights.
Starting tips
- Stay close to your teammates. You will face a lot of undead in this mode. Defeating this many enemies alone is impossible which means that cooperation with other players is your key to success. Go through the map together with your team and help those that are in need. Don't run alone because, sooner or later, you will get overwhelmed by a horde of zombies.
- Remember to buy weapons. You can choose a starting weapon before a game begins but these weapons are rather weak. Better guns can be bought during a match itself. They are found in cabinets - you need a special currency called Jolts to buy them. You get Jolts for killing zombies.
- Check mission goals on the map. Nazi Zombie mode has now a little bit of plot - reach new locations by completing missions from your journal. Without that you and your team will get stuck and won't be able to progress.
- Use the shovel. This may sound a little bit weird but you have a shovel in your inventory that can be used as a melee weapon. The first few zombie waves are rather weak - there aren't many enemies and they have a small amount of health. Try to use your melee weapon. Thanks to that you will be able to save a little bit of ammo for later.
Loadout
You can select your Loadout before you start a match and use it during a game (this ability works only for a certain amount of time, not throughout an entire match). Take others' choices into consideration when you want to select your own Loadout - each ability is useful in different situations.
- Freefire - a player has an unlimited amount of ammo and doesn't have to reload.
- Shellshock - causes an explosion around a player that damages all nearby zombies.
- Frontline - player's damage is doubled and all nearby zombies focus their attention on that person.
- Camouflage - a player is invisible to zombies.
Consumables
Besides the Loadouts, you can also select two consumables. They work similarly to abilities - they grant a bonus that lasts for a certain amount of time.
- Totengriff (Instant Kill) - activate it and kill enemies with one shot or hit.
- Taschen Voll (Max Ammo) - this item works on the entire team and refills everyone's ammo.
- Uberladen (Full Special Meter) - another item that works on the entire team. It restores everyone's Loadout.
- Vernichten (Nuke) - kills all nearby zombies.
- Flamethrower - it gives you a flamethrower.
- Bazooka - it gives you a bazooka.
- Refund Coupon - when activated, all items bought during a match cost 25% less Jolts.
- Blitz Machine Coupon - upon activation you receive 50% discount for upgrading weapons in Blitz Machine.
- Guarantee - this consumable guarantees you that you will receive a specific weapon from a mystery box.
