All mementos and collectibles in Death Factory level CoD: WW2:
German Flare Gun
You can find the first memento on the Death Factory map during the Eliminate the Mortar Team objective.
Go down to the terrain shown in the picture and clear the area of all hostiles, then head towards the truck.
The German Flare Gun memento is located on the chests behind the truck.
Food Container
You can find the next memento during the Find Your Squad mission.
Head to the right of the hangman shown in the picture, then jump over an obstacle and keep going forward until you reach the wreck of a plane (watch out for the dog, which will attack you).
Inside the wreck you will find the Food Container memento.
US Army Rations
You will acquire the final memento while performing the Eliminate the Sniper task.
Enter the bunker and head upstairs. You will encounter a few enemies on your way.
Now you have to jump onto the platform shown in the picture. The best approach here is to place your character close to the wall, then start moving towards the platform and jump.
Once there, you will find the US Army Rations memento on a chair.
