Starting your adventure with Back 4 Blood, it is essential to familiarize yourself with the system of creating a deck. Decks are a very important element of the game, because they allow you to create a kind of individually tailored build of your character. The creation of a deck of cards takes place at the very start of a game. Go to the game menu, or to the appropriate person in the camp and select the Decks tab.

You will be taken to the deck wizard. At this point, you can create a new deck, select the cards that you think are most useful for your build, and then after saving, use it in normal gameplay.

Cards - what are they used for?

Cards are the quintessence of creating your own build in Back 4 Blood - Back 4 Blood: Decks - Basics - Back 4 Blood game guide

Cards are the quintessence of creating your own build in Back 4 Blood. They are unlocked through grind. For each chapter you complete, you receive Supply Points. With them, you can unlock new cards.

As for the cards themselves, they can be divided into 4 categories: Attack, Defense, Utility and Mobility. As the categories themselves indicate, cards from the attack category will strengthen the damage of the team or our character; Defense cards will strengthen the resilience of the character and/or team; Utility cards will speed up our actions, such as lifting or healing the wounded; and Mobility cards will increase the resilience of the team or the player's character and speed up movement.

Most importantly, however, the first card you choose for your deck will always be with you – from the very beginning until the end of a game - Back 4 Blood: Decks - Basics - Back 4 Blood game guide

Most importantly, however, the first card you choose for your deck will always be with you – from the very beginning until the end of a game. For the remaining cards, you choose one of five from your deck.

Cards cannot stack unless you run out of unique cards that you entered in the deck – then you will be given the opportunity to choose some basic cards, such as a +10% strength; only such cards can stack. In the case of unique cards, you can select only one. They stay with you until the end, and the rest of the cards will be selectable in the following chapters.
