After return from Churston Poirot is being visited by Donald Fraser. Look at yourself in the mirror (3 ego points), and go to the lounge.

Talk to Donald, reassure him about the fact that he will be listened to (1 ego point). Then become impatient (1 ego point) or encourage him to continue (3 ego points) or point out that it is not a psychoanalyst's office (3 ego points).

If you mention about dragon's curse you will get a trophy Dragon's smoke but only if you earlier (at first questioning) said that the brooch scares Lady Clarke.
