Anya of the archives asks you to find a ring. It is next to the toilet, on the top floor. After you get it back, you receive the item.

Sleep to obtain

On the upper floor, after you sleep in the bed.

In the room on the right, next to the round table

On the ground floor, after you interact with the desk.
