On the left side of the wall, just after leaving the first room.

Enigma Code 1

On the stairs marked on the map with B

After clearing the first floor, on the cluttered stairs leading up to the next floor you will find Code 1:8.

Letter 1

Under the stairs marked on the map with A. You have to shoot the lock from here

After clearing the first floor, go down the main stairs (marked on the map with B), walk through the main hall and turn right at the next door. There, stop in the middle of the stairs and look for a torn board. Shoot the lock through the hole and go to the other side so to get to the room with the letter.

This one can be found outside, under one of the cars.

Health Upgrade 1

Turn back - it is in the locker behind you

Available in Fergus Timeline

Right behind you, after you open the door on the ground floor. You will have to hotwire a locker door.

Armor Upgrade 1

In the bathroom, turn right

In the bathroom on the first floor, in the cabinet on the right.
