Epidemics in Two Point Hospital Two Point Hospital Guide and Tips

At a later stage of the game in Two Point Hospital, you will have to face epidemics of infectious diseases that might suddenly appear in your hospital. You will then receive a message about the situation and you will be given a specific amount of vaccines that will allow you to fight the infection. For this you will need to inoculate all of the sick patients - a special icon on the character panel is used to perform the task, as can be seen in the below screenshot.

Those patients will not stand out in any way. You need to recognize the symptoms by yourself and locate all of the sick ones. This becomes more difficult as the hospital increases in size and the amount of people inside of it. The behavior of the sick depends on the type of disease they are suffering from. Those are:

1. Pudding Blood - the sick ones behave similarly to those suffering from Premature Mummification, the only difference is that they do not have bandages. People that you failed to heal from the above mentioned illness behave like that as well. To preserve valuable vaccines you need to check whether the patient was treated for Premature Mummification.
2. Cross Bones - those suffering from the disease will move a lot faster than healthy patients. The symptoms are unlike any other illness in the game.

If you can treat all of the sick ones in the hospital and the amount of people that run out without treatment was not high, you will receive a reward. The reward is reputation and money, the amount depending on the amount of vaccines you have left. In case the amount of runaway patients was too high or you ran out of vaccines, you will be punished with a significant decrease in reputation.
