Why am I picking up garbage in Treasure Hunter Simulator? Treasure Hunter Simulator Guide and Tips

Treasure Hunter Simulator enables the player to enter the role of a treasure hunter who explores the available locations in search of legendary, historical treasures. Before that happens, most of the players will be able to find only garbage and get stuck in Bavarian Lake, the first available location. This chapter contains information on how to avoid that sad fate.

Completing tasks enables you to push the story forward.

When you begin the game and complete (or skip) the tutorial stage, you'll unlock access to Bavarian Lake - the first fully-fledged location in game. When you travel to Bavarian Lake right away, you'll be finding garbage and items of low value - such findings won't allow you to raise your Prestige (visit a different chapter of the guide to learn more about Prestige). This happens because treasure hunting, on its own, does not increase your prestige. To do so, you need to complete missions.

To engage in a mission, return to your map, and then visit the "E-MAIL" tab. There you'll find a list of the currently available main and side jobs that can be accepted. When you accept a mission, return to the location and start completing the objectives. Each completed task rewards you with prestige. When the prestige bar has been filled in full, the hero will "develop to a new level", unlocking access to a new tool that is going to help you during treasure hunting.
