Important! This walkthrough can differ from your playthrough if, for example, you join a different side in the mob war, you break Sand's gang faster or you won't react to protests with strength (you won't waste a day on interrogation). However, the crimes that happen the next day will always happen based on the same scenario and order. Whatever the choice, this will not affect the ending, but with time it will affect the game itself.

Your story starts with a longer cutscene and selection of a few options during a press conference. Then you will slowly perform your duties. The game will force you to play the tutorial. Many tasks will be simple and your crew will deal with them easily. However, the trouble is that part of your crew is old officers or ones with very low professionalism. In addition to that, the mayor will very quickly ask you to fire all black employees. Have it in mind if you want to accept his request.

During the first days you will frequently watch cutscenes. During one of them you will decide the fate of your colleague. No matter the choice you will be forced to work with mafia. From that point you can earn additional money. If you complete all jobs for mafia and favors for the citizens, you should gather 15,000$ needed for fabricating the evidence during the protest at day 9.

The tasks will get harder and harder, but if your relations with mayor remain good, you will increase your team (or at least it won't shrink). At some point a mob war will start and last for about two weeks. Many missions related to it will be available, but for you this will be less important matter. It would be worse not to stop a regular crime than not to support one of the mafia families.

Day 2

10:00 The shift starts.

10:01 Escape from the accident location (Hit and run). Easy, but send two men just to be sure.

11:00 A fight. Send two men.

14:20 A gun robbery. The officers will ask for advices. The best advice is to deactivate the sirens and using the megaphone to tell them that the house is surrounded.

15:00 A fight. Send at least two men.

16:20 Assault. Send the whole patrol if you want to catch the criminal.

20:00 End of the day

Day 3

10:00 The shift starts. You will receive two badges to promote the officers. Leave one of them for the second day in order to balance the teams.

10:05 Vandalism. Even a single experienced cop can go to the kids.

11:10 Another vandalism act. This time send at least two men.

13:30 Suspicious man - False alarm.

16:00 Sam Sorkin: Night club. Mister Sorkin will ask for one of your subordinates to help with the selection of clients entering the club. After this task the officer will leave the police. You can send your weakest worker there or a black one (if you intend to complete the task from mayor) to make him resign working on his own. If you send anyone, you will receive 4,500$.

17:50 Drug sale. The patrol will ask for advices - tell them to get him to the rink and gather witnesses.

18:45 Suicide attempt, short reaction time!

21:00 End of the day

Day 4

10:00 The shift starts. You will receive a task from the city hall - fire all black officers. One of them is old, so it won't be a problem. The second one you could "fire" by sending him to work for mister Sorkin. The rest you can simply fire or try sending them to tasks with which they will fail. The safer option is to fire them, even though you will worsen your reputation at trade unions. Of course, all of that only if you want to have good relationship with the city hall.

10:15 Destruction of property.

10:30 Murder, port warehouses. Send your detectives to this investigation. If you assign all three, they can find the conclusion even during the same day.

12:20 Car theft. The officers will ask for instructions - let them wait for the suspect to appear.

14:45 Suspicious person.

16:30 Kazuki Tamara: Dragon's Lair club. You can send one of your men so that thanks to the training he gains 100 professionalism. However, he will be too tired to continue the job and he will go home.

18:30 A fight - two dancers. The officers will ask for your help. Whatever you choose in the first phase, the second will start anyway. Let your men try dropping cold water at them.

19:10 A fight.

20:00 End of the day.

Day 5

10:00 The shift starts. You can give one request to the city hall today. If you haven't made any mistake and you completed the request for city hall, you can ask for two things. It is recommended to select additional officer and SWAT team upgrade (additional use is the better option). It will be useful later and you can't lose it.

10:30 Disorderly behavior. Send at least two good cops.

10:55 Robbery. This time one very good officer (300+) will have the job done. The patrol will face hard choice. Two first options aren't important, but it is recommended to first sneak up and then aim at the criminal. Finally you should threaten him that he will die or simply shoot him. However, the outcome is random selected and someone can die anyway.

11:50 A fight. One experienced policeman will get the job done.

13:40 Erenest Fitzgerald: Shooting contest. Send two officers so that they increase their skills (+55). Then they will ask for day off.

14:00 Investigation - Robbery, city center. Send investigators even if you don't want to finish this case. There is a chance they will complete it the same day.

14:10 Task from the city hall. One cop will be needed, no matter how skilled (it is best to send the weakest one). You cannot postpone this call, so have him prepared.

18:45 Vandalism and destruction of property. Send one policeman to the first one. Send a group of officers to the second one. If you have good officers, they will get the job done.

20:00 End of the day.

Day 6

7:00 A shift starts. If you fired the black subordinates, you will be informed about motion against you.

8:30 Murder attempt. Two mediocre officers should be enough.

11:30 Car theft. The officers will call you for further instructions. Select where you overtake with the police car and try taking the target into custody.

14:30 A hostage taken - false alarm.

16:50 Theft.

17:15 Sand will ask you to send one of your men to help him.

20:15 Assault with use of dangerous weapon. You will have to advice your men twice. The first choice won't change anything but the second will be important - scream to release the civilian. If your men have enough professionalism, it should end well.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 7

A hard day awaits you. If you have at least 6 men, you should deal with everything.

7:00 The shift starts. Martin Stett will become your deputy. From now you can use his help.

7:50 Theft - once the patrol arrives, the officers will ask for your advices. It is best to select option to catch the boys or to ask about the shoes. Send two officers, including one with about 200 points. Otherwise the boys will escape.

10:25 Murder attempt. Have a few men ready - short reaction time. Send three men, leave the last, weakest one for the next task.

12:00 Task from City Hall (one officer needed, he will be busy till the end of the shift).

14:15 Assault. Send two men as quickly as possible so that they manage to return for the next call.

15:00 Task from Ulrich Biebier. You will need three officers. After the task ends they all will be drunk and you will receive 3,000$. One of the officers will go home. The rest will remain drunk in the work.

15:30 Sand will inform you about his operation at 22:09 and he will ask you not to intervene. If you agree, you will receive 4,000$.

16:40 Public disorder. Wait for the patrol sent to the assault to return. Don't use the drunken cops. The officer will ask you for advices two times - first tell him to scream at the closed door that the criminal should get out. Then ask the criminal about his job.

22:09 Theft. Sand's people's operation. If you don't do anything, then the criminal will escape and you will obtain easy money.

2:00 End of the day

Day 8

A psychological test awaits you. Except for the first question, the rest of the drawings will present a clear situation related to Christmas and to short family story. It is easy to guess what the illustrations show. Don't joke when making choices because this would have consequences and it would cause you some trouble. If all goes went, the next day you will be informed about a positive grade.

Day 9

A gang appears. You will have an opportunity to break up that group. Obtain a rat among the criminals in order to start the investigation.

7:07 You will learn about a feminist protest. Remember that you must have at least 4 officers and a SWAT team available. Let all of them have low professionalism, it's irrelevant in this case. If you want to accept mayor's request and use force, you should have 15,000$ prepared for fabricating evidence (it is better to select evidence against mob than against your men). You can also not send anyone, this will worsen your relationship with the mayor.

8:20 The criminals took hostages (personally I sent one officer with 850 professionalism and he easily took care of that). However, just to be sure, you should send as many men as you can - they should return from the protests before the countdown ends. Leave two men and SWAT for the next task in the casino.

10:00 Sand will inform you about his action in the casino at 12:40. If you let him act you will earn 8,000$. However, if someone is threatening people with grenade, there will be casualties. If you don't want to lose reputation, send a large team.

11:30 An option to start a new investigation related to setting fire to a cinema will appear.

12:40 Casino robbery (if you don't act, then the criminal will escape and kill a civilian). Send a few men and SWAT. The patrol can ask for backup, but if you sent a large team, they should handle it.

15:00 Demi Greiner: Help in bringing order to arcade cabinet. 2 officers are needed who will then return rested. You will also receive 2,000$.

17:20 Suspicious man in the hospital. The officers will ask you for advices - use taser on the criminal.

19:00 Public disorder. The patrol will ask for backup.

21:00 Sand will ask you for help. 2 officers are needed.

22:30 Rape in the hotel. You will have to instruct your men three times. First threaten the criminal that if he won't let the victim go then he will be shot. Then use the gas and finally jump behind the criminal through the window.

2:00 End of the day. One of the best officers will leave because of family reasons. You can't do anything about it, it's a predetermined event.

Day 10

7:00 The shift starts. Usually a script is activated and one of your employees doesn't come to the work. You will also receive a special task because one of your men was very brave. The city hall will ask you to take care of him until the award ceremony. Nothing bad can happen to him for three days, don't fire him! If it's an officer, send him on easy and calm missions. If it's the detective, then nothing bad should happen to him anyway.

8:30 Murder attempt. You can send only one officer and paddy wagon which you doesn't have yet (but during this time there will be an opportunity to get it). The patrol will ask for backup. If you send a few men you might capture the criminal.

10:40 Sand needs help. You can send even 3 officers.

12:30 Sand will inform you about his action in the Court at 18:30. He offers you 6,000$.

13:30 Disturbing the peace. The patrol will ask you for advices. Each option is good and as the second option you should select aiming the weapon at the criminal and ordering him to release the boy. Sometimes the events end bad anyway.

14:30 Henry Sand: Road. You will be asked to send 3 officers to assist in training drivers. For that you will receive paddy wagon. You will use it during tasks with large groups to arrest. After the task they will go to home.

16:20 Robbery. One good officer or two medium ones should be enough.

18:40 Murder, Sand's operation. If you decide to ignore the situation, then the criminal will escape and civilians will die. If you prefer to react, then you must send a few men and SWAT team.

21:10 Assault. The patrol will ask for advices, there will be 3 sequences. The entry way doesn't matter. Convince the target that you're on his side. Then tell him that the police will start the investigation immediately. The operation will end successfully.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 11

Today you will be interrogated about the feminist protest that occurred during day 9. Don't give clear answers and definitely don't tell anything that could be used against you, for example don't tell that you are married but your woman currently isn't leaving with you (this would gave a base for accusation against you). At the end of the conversation you can blame the city hall or the side on which you "obtained" the evidence.

Day 12

Before the regular day starts, you will see a series of cutscenes. You will have to decide whose side are you on - Varg's or Sand's.

7:00 The shift starts.

9:20 A massive fight. Send a few men, SWAT team and the paddy vagon.

11:40 Assault. The patrol will ask for advices. First pull the dog, then borrow the girl's bike to catch the teenager.

14:10 Murder.

17:00 Murder attempt - false alarm.

21:30 Terrorism. Once the patrol arrives, the men will call for further instructions. They will inform you that something is moving inside - tell them to open the bag.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 13

7:00 The shift starts. You will be informed that a mob war started.

7:30 Murder attempt.

9:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

10:30 Investigation. The driver escaped from the accident location (Hit and run).

12:00 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

14:20 A massacre. Send a strong crew and SWAT team to get positive outcome.

18:10 Gun robbery. Send good officers and (if it is still available) SWAT team. The group will ask for instructions. First yell at the criminals (although each option will let you continue) and then your men should hide behind the police cars and respond with fire.

20:25 Fight. Send two officers. After arriving, your men will ask for backup. Send two more officers if you want to succeed.

2:00 End of the day. You will be informed how many times you helped Sand and Varg. The game will remind you that if you want to survive then Sand must receive more favors from you.

Day 14

7:00 The shift starts.

7:40 Sand needs help: 3 officers.

8:50 Destruction of property.

10:30 Task from the city hall. Two officers are needed, they will be unavailable till the end of the day.

12:20 Illegal gun trade. If you can, send a large crew - then the patrol will ask for backup. If you don't send a very good crew, someone will die. You will commandeer weapon.

16:30 Shootout. Send at least one very good officer, SWAT and paddy wagon. They will ask for advices. First let them order the criminals to stop and raise their hands. Then order the ones that remained in the container to give up. After the operation you will find cocaine that can be sold or taken to the station.

18:00 Sand needs help: 1 officer

19:30 Ulrich Biebier. He needs 3 officers helping him. You will receive 4,000$ and your employees will go on a concert.

20:00 Suspicious person - false alarm.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 15

7:00 The shift starts. You can deliver a request to the hall. The mayor will give you a task to balance the staff among the police. He want half of the crew to be women.

7:55 Suicide attempt. The patrol will ask for 3 advices. First two options will lead you to the third one where you must convince the man that there are still people for whom he is important.

9:00 Robbery and trespassing - false alarm.

10:45 Public disorder. Send very good officers. You will obtain cocaine that can be sold or taken to the station.

13:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers

17:15 The criminals took hostages, there is a dead body as well. Send as many officers as you can. When they call for backup, send as much men as possible as well.

20:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers

2:00 End of the day.

Day 16

7:00 The shift starts.

8:15 Sand needs help: 2 policemen.

9:40 A fight.

11:00 Investigation. Theft in the museum.

15:00 Cornelius Blunt will give you a proposition. He will fund three new positions for officers if you hire his son. You won't be able to fire him despite his low competences (5 professionalism point).

16:30 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

17:20 Robbery

19:10 Assault with use of dangerous tool. Send 3 men, preferably better ones. The patrol will ask for instructions - tell that you have some burgers with you.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 17

7:00 The shift starts.

7:45 Disorderly conduct.

9:20 Hostage situation with a fatal casualty. This is serious - send out several good policemen, SWAT and a prison van. The squad will ask you for instructions. Take advantage of the situation and enter through the back door.

14:00 Reckless endangerment.

16:00 The Sands need help: 1 officer.

20:00 Noise complaint. Dispatch several officers and a prison van. If you do well here, you will find an automatic gun.

22:40 The Sands need help: 3 officers.

2:00 End the day.

Day 18

7:00 The shift starts.

7:30 Rape; very short reaction time. In the description you can read about two homeless people with knives. Send at least four men, including one very good officer.

9:30 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

12:00 A fight.

16:10 Amy Marban. She will ask you for help in donut cooking. She will need two officers. You won't receive anything in return.

19:30 Public disrobing. Short reaction time. The patrol will ask you for help. Select the option to turn the lights on.

22:10 Vandalism

2:00 End of the day.

Day 19

7:00 The shift starts. The mayor will give you a task. Due to the arrival of Japanese businessmen, he will want to impress them. You must hire at least 3 Asian officers. The Japanese will come on 5 August, that's when the three Asians should be in work (not on the pay list or on another shift). Today it's August 2 and it's shift A. Hire or transfer people in such way that they will be on shift B on August 5, three days later. The game won't inform you about the race of the candidates. You can guess that from their faces or second names (for example Tsubaki, Kochi, Asano).

7:30 Bomb threat. The patrol will ask you for advice. The first choice won't matter, each option is good. As for the second one, select the option in which you make sure that everyone was evacuated.

11:50 Public disrobing. One good officer will deal with it easily.

12:01 Event. A Tibetan monk will come to the station. He will discuss the nature of violence with your officers.

12:30 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

16:00 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

18:05 Assault - false alarm.

22:00 Murder attempt.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 20

7:00 The shift starts. You can present a request in the city hall.

8:00 Public disorder.

11:45 Bomb threat. The team will ask you for backup, you can send someone because the risk of someone dying is high.

16:20 Assault. Once you reach the destination, the patrol will ask you for advice. Use fire extinguisher to put out the burning stick.

21:00 Gun robbery. Send 2-3 very good men and SWAT. Once the task is over you will receive expensive jewelry.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 21

7:00 The shift starts. You will face an unpleasant situation - two random officers will leave your ranks. It's a pre-determined event. Each time two random officers leave, usually this happens with the better ones. What makes it even worse, you will have to play the day without two pair of hands because the substitutes you hire will come after two days.

7:30 Assault - false alarm.

9:00 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

12:10 Rape. The police will ask for help - select the option where you ensure the victim that you have a witness.

13:00 Theft, hospital. You can send your detectives there, they will start an investigation.

14:00 Car theft.

16:20 Task in the city hall. A concert takes place there and the officials will ask you to secure the event. They will need 3 officers who will be unavailable till the end of the day.

18:10 Sand needs help: 1 officer

22:20 Assault. Send at least two professionals or more medium-level officers.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 22

7:00 The shift starts. Today the delegation will come, remember about Asian officers in your ranks.

9:10 Destruction of property. The patrol will ask for backup.

11:30 Assault with use of dangerous weapon. Send your men and SWAT. The patrol will ask for instructions. First use the secretary key and then yell at the suspect to drop her weapon.

14:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

15:00 Derek Allen. He will ask for one officer to participate in his show. After the event the officer will leave your job permanently but you will receive 3,000$.

16:20 Bomb alarm.

20:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

22:30 Destruction of property. After the event you will find money to launder.

2:00 End of the shift.

Day 23

7:00 The shift starts.

7:30 Murder attempt. The officers will ask for instructions. First tell them to find a different road and then check if the old woman is alive.

9:30 Fight.

14:00 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

12:20 Suspicious man - false alarm.

19:20 Theft.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 24

7:00 The shift starts. You will receive a task from the mayor. He wants you to fire all old employees. The easiest way to do it is by checking the portraits of your men. In order to be sure, on the right side there must be an option available that offers justified firing. You must do it as quickly as possible. If you don't have many old employees, this won't hurt you. If you have more than a few of them or ones with high professionalism, then you should think this over.

9:10 Assault. Send the maximum number of officers, the better ones.

11:20 Public disorder. Send a paddy wagon, otherwise it will be very hard to complete the task successfully.

14:00 Fabrice Souplet, favor. He will ask for 3 officers to record a commercial. One of them, randomly chosen one, will leave the job. You will receive 15,000$.

16:15 Theft. The patrol will ask you for advice - check the fridge.

18:10 Sand needs help: 3 officers. It's hard to say whether this task has definitive impact on the conflict. But Sand's hideout is attacked, so if you want to help him, you should send your men there.

20:00 Reckless endangerment.

22:10 Sand needs help: 1 officer.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 25

7:00 The shift starts. Today you can deliver a request to the city hall.

8:00 Fight. The patrol will ask for further instructions. Look and wait for the suspects to get tired.

9:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

11:45 Suicide attempt - false alarm.

12:00 Feast. One of the chefs offers you great amounts of food because someone canceled his reservation. It costs 300$ and should help your officers regain their strength.

13:15 Robbery.

18:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

20:00 Complaint about breaking the silence. Patrol will ask for additional units. Send many good men, otherwise someone will die. If you manage well, you will find automatic weapon there.

2:00 End of the day.

Day 26

7:00 The shift starts. You will receive a note from the mayor. He will inform you about a planned protest of black minority in front of the city hall. He will want you to deal with it with force.

8:00 Protest in front of the city hall. If you plan to react, you must send 4 officers, SWAT and paddy wagon. You can also try "obtaining" evidence, but your deputy will tell you they cost 21,000$. You can select between accusing Sand or one of your men.

9:10 Trouble in home.

10:00 Mass riot at the stadium. Send a few men, SWAT and paddy wagon to be successful. Once the team arrives, they will ask you for instructions - use gas.

15:40 Car theft

18:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers

19:45 Vandalism

22:00 Sand needs help: 2 officers.

Day 27

7:00 The shift starts. Two random officers will have food poisoning and they will be unavailable for the next 5 days. A few other men can want a day off and they will give you various excuses - some of them very serious.

8:10 Vandalism.

8:25 Suicide attempt.

9:00 Suicide attempt.

11:40 Hit and run. The patrol will ask for backup, send at least two men.

12:30 Animal assault - false alarm.

13:30 Public disorder. A few officers and a paddy wagon should get the job done.

18:00 Sand needs help: 3 officers.

19:40 Sand needs help: 3 officers.

22:10 Illegal gathering. A large group of officers and a paddy wagon will be needed. Don't hesitate to send a SWAT team as well. The patrol will ask for help.

22:20 Destruction of property, very short reaction time.

If you want to make the next day easier, transfer a few officers to this shift for the next time.

2:00 End of the day. If you maintained Sand's advantage during the war, you will be informed that Varg's gang was destroyed and that he disappeared somewhere.

Day 27

Today you will be interrogated about the protest from two days ago. Once again you should pick neutral side. At the end you can defend yourself by blaming the city hall or by presenting evidence that you "obtained" before.

Day 28

7:00 The shift starts. It will be a hard day. If you upgraded SWAT team, the things will be easier.

7:05 Hit and run, park. Send your investigators so that they solve the case of the death of John Pazzi.

7:30 Robbery. Send a few very good men and SWAT team against the three armed men. The patrol will ask for advice. First sneak up under the window of the bank. Then wait for the criminals to leave the building.

9:50 Assault. The patrol will ask for backup.

11:45 Robbery. This time there are six armed criminals. Select a full squad to the crime location. The patrol will ask for backup, but if you sent a very good team (4 men plus two with more than 400 professionalism points), they should deal with the problem.

13:10 Assault. You will need a paddy wagon. If you reacted quickly to previous event, it should return during the last seconds remaining for this crime. You will have to decide whether to use it now or for the next one. If you send good officers, they will deal without the paddy wagon.

15:50 Fight. There will be many suspects here. A paddy wagon and a few officers will be required - otherwise someone will escape.

17:10 Task from the city, you will need a few officers.

20:00 Robbery. Send a patrol consisting of a few officers to be sure (although I personally sent only one officer with 550 professionalism and no SWAT team, he completed the task successfully). The officers will ask for advice. Check the motel, then try to deceive the criminals. Let your men tell that the criminals had selected the wrong room.

21:00 Murder. Send a strong team with SWAT because you will find automatic weapon. Otherwise many civilians and officers will die.

Day 30

7:00 The shift starts.

7:50 Fight.

9:40 Illegal gathering. Send a paddy wagon in addition to regular officers.

11:30 Robbery. The patrol will ask for advice. First chase the suspect and then use the gas against him.

13:10 Falsification. Despite sending a large patrol, they will ask for backup. If you sent a large team or good professionals, then you don't need to send anyone else. After the operation you will find money.

15:40 Theft.

17:25 Public disorder.

19:00 Mass riots. Send at least 3-4 good officers, SWAT and a paddy wagon. After arriving, the squad will ask for advice. Let them catch and separate the greatest delinquents.

22:00 Assault.

2:00 End of the day. Tomorrow you will have a meeting with your wife organized by your mother in law. How will it go?
