The guide to Thief Simulator contains everything you need to become a master burglar. The first chapters of the guide contain general advice and information on how to carry out thefts, how to quickly develop your character, or which items are a must have when going on a job. The following chapters contain all the necessary information about the game mechanics - moving around the map, interacting with other characters, stealing, fencing items or escaping from the police. You will also find a handful of tips related to each of the described mechanics, as well as a list of all tools available in the game and their applications. The guide is concluded by chapters dedicated to hardware requirements and tips for running the game on older hardware, controls and a list of in-game achievements, along with advice on how to get them.

Thief Simulator is an original production combining the features of a simulator, adventure game and a stealth game with RPG elements. The title was released on PC by PlayWay, and developed by independent team at GratTheWallet Studio. The player takes on the role of a young burglar, learning his trade and gradually acquiring new skills, while infiltrating progressively secure properties. The action is presented from the perspective of a third person.
