Star cards are gadgets, weapons and grenades that you buy for credits and you cannot lose them. Each player can take two star cards into the battlefield.
The best idea is to divide cards into two sets. In the first one, you put cards that are effective against infantry, whereas in the other one, those effective against vehicles. Use these sets in turns, depending on the mode that you play in.
While playing as infantry, on small and medium-sized maps, it is always handy to have grenades with you. It becomes useful in many situations. From among the ones available in the game, the best grenade is the simplest one - Thermal detonator.
On bigger maps, however, grenades prove to be less useful. This is why, it is better to replace grenade, in such cases, with a gun that allows you to eliminate opponents at a greater distance. For this, get the Pulse gun.
This is a powerful rifle with good accuracy. The force of the shot depends on how long you hold down the firing button. The greatest shortcoming is the muzzle velocity of the projectile, which makes hitting the target immensely difficult. This is why, while using the pulse gun, it is better you attack still targets and aim to the head, which ensures a kill at any distance.
Jet pack allows you to take long-distance jumps. Apart from acceleration, the pack allows you to access places that seem unreachable, where the opponent does not suspect any threat. Apart from that, you can use it to escape the battlefield, in case of any threat.
Ion torpedo is a compulsory piece of gear, for any soldier, on maps where you use vehicles. Thanks to the torpedo, you can fight against any type of machines, including stationary turrets and fighters.
To destroy an enemy vehicle, you need to target it and wait for it to be locked on. After it is fired, the projectile reaches the vehicle itself.
