How does the Shard Store work?
The Shard Store is an in-game store where you can spend special shards called Shard Store Tokens. Getting these tokens is not easy, as it is associated with character shards. If you continue to collect shards of units that you have already promoted to 7 stars (maximum promotion level), you can exchange them to Shard Store Tokens when you open up this store. One shard is equal to 15 Shard Store Tokens. Although this number sounds very large, the prices in the Shard Store are higher than in other places, so it will take a lot of time to collect the right amount of currency for shopping here, especially if you are still focusing on promoting your characters to 7 stars.
What does the lock near the status effect mean?
In some situations, you can observe that there are padlock icons on the status effects - both for buffs and debuffs. This means that they cannot be removed by conventional methods - they will not disappear after a relevant number of turns and they cannot be removed by abilities which usually clear buffs or debuffs. An example of such a situation is Boba Fett's unique ability to return to life after death. Fett loses the buff with the lock icon after death, but he can recover it by killing his opponent.
What does the 0 dmg over 24h rule in guild raids mean?
Many guilds in Galaxy of Heroes use the "0 dmg / 24h" principle. This means that for the first 24 hours since the start of the raid, no guild member is allowed to inflict any damage, but one character (the weakest) must be sent to a certain death. Such a rule was introduced to give every guild member a chance to win a raid - which is important if players are in different time zones or have time to play only at certain hours. Since even if you do not inflict any damage, you are still taken into consideration on the list of participants, it does not matter if someone will not be able to assist the guild with the guild raid on the next day - he will still receive at least the lowest level of the prize and will thus gain single character shards (in the case of Heroic raids).
