The second mission in Spider-Man Miles Morales is aParting Gift from Pete.
Location: Central Park
Rewards: 1000 XP
This is a short and easy mission to complete. Follow the marker and go to Central Park to unwrap a gift from Spider-Man with your friend Ganke. You will unlock the Great Responsibility Suit (Main Menu - Suits tab).
Just like in the previous installment of Spider-Man, Miles will be able to unlock many suits. He will get some of them as the game progresses but to create others, he will need tokens.
