Cutting the power
Reach the Roxxon Lab in Chinatown. Miles will notice a ventilation shaft through which he can get into the building. First, however, he must cut off the power supply. There will be three guards standing in the area. Use camouflage or eliminate them one by one to open the circuit breaker where the wiring goes. Short-circuit the generator and enter the laboratory through the shaft.
As you crawl deeper, you will come across several fans. Stop them with R1. When you reach the fork, turn left. You will find yourself in a flooded room full of pipes. Jump to a crack in the wall and then zip down on the web. After a while, a security guard will enter the room. Use the camouflage quickly (arrow up), crawl on the wall and wait until he's gone. Aaron will show up and give you a new gadget - remote mines.
Throw a mine on the fuses located on the floor to take out multiple opponents at once. Take down the remaining enemies one by one or defeat everyone in open combat. Go to the next room with a new group of guards. There, you will find a terminal with information about the location of other Roxxon Labs in the city (side activities). Go through the opening behind the terminal leading to the reactor.
Mark targets with the visor and eliminate the guards one by one. Remember to take down each single enemy when their status is "Clear". Otherwise, an alarm will be raised. Get rid of your enemies by getting lower and lower until you reach a huge fan.
Stopping the fan
Now you have to stop the fan to get the phone, which is located at the very bottom. Pull one of the gears (L1 R1) and quickly shoot the spider web at it several times to block it (1). The wires (2) will become exposed. Pull the wires and the fan will stop working. Jump down and grab the phone.
After the cutscene, return to the upper platforms and destroy the reactor. Leave the reactor. If your health is low, heal yourself quickly. Go to the next room using the wall.
A lot of shield-wielding enemies are waiting for you there, they will absorb your Venom Punches and redirect them towards you, so you must destroy their cover first. If you take damage from grenades or shockwave attacks, you will not be able to use your Venom Skills for a short while.
After winning the fight you will meet Aaron. Both of you will be attacked by a new, strong group of enemies. You will be surrounded from all sides. There will also be security guards with rocket launchers and close-combat fighters.
Aaron will take care of eliminating the enemies from the first floor so you can take down the shooters. At some point, Uncle Aaron will decide that both of you need to fall back. He will blow up a piece of the wall. Jump in there to complete the mission.
