Last update: 06 July 2020
"Blood Ties" isn't long, but the location you visit is filled with details and the story and atmosphere are very immersive. In order to make it easier for you to move through the mansion and to find all hidden items, below you will find general advice related to gameplay and list of all possible achievements. The guide was written in such a way that by following it you will complete the game in 100%.
General advice
Starting the "Blood Ties"
In order to start playing the expansion, you must have a save game from at least the first camp available in the game (it is found soon after completing Syria). Once you get there, the Lara Mansion becomes unlocked in the main menu of the game. There you can start an adventure that is completely unrelated to the main plot of the game. However, you should complete the game first because that will give you better knowledge about the game world.
Survival instinct
Remember that you can use the survival instinct that enables you to highlight all surrounding objects with which you can interact. This makes finding new relicts much easier.
Relicts
Each relic you find can be rotated and checked more thoroughly. Some of them hide additional information related to the story and characters. The three final relics can be found only after completing the main story of the game!
