On this page of the Rage guide you will find a second set of collector cards that are hidden in the Wasteland. Collector cards are one of the types of secrets in the game. Our guide informs you about the exact location of each of them.

Collector card: Wasted Pistol
Move forward. You should pass by a short corridor with a damaged mattress with Cloth Rags on it.
Take them and then go down the nearby stairs.
On the left from the closed door you can find a box with the card inside.
Collector card: Wasted Turret
The last card in the Wasted Garage can be found to the right from the Piston Assembly.
It lies on the cabinet inside the box.
Collector card: Dagger Thrower
Above the exit from the Wasted Garage (close the Ark) you can find a walkway with the railing. You can get there from the main road.
At its end lies the card you're looking for.
Collector card: Dune Buster
You'll get it as a reward for completing "Durar's Time Trial" mission.
Collector card: Sally
You'll get it as a reward for completing "Sally's Offer"/"Sally's Bounty" mission.
Collector card: Scoop Mutant
After completing the last arena in the Mutant Bash TV go down the stairs and keep on the left corridor side.
The card lies on one of the containers.
Collector card: J.K. Stiles
You'll get it as a reward for completing "Mutant Bash TV" mission.
Collector card: Cuprino
You'll get it as a winning prize in the sponsored races, during the "Dusty 8 Sponsorship"/ "Mutant Bash TV" mission. Just talk to the Sheriff after the race.
Collector card: RC Bomb Car
During the "Destroy the Bomb Caches" mission you'll get to the Shrouded Bunker. In the first large room kill all enemies and then explore the location's right corner.
The card you need lies near the railing.
Collector card: Shrouded Heavy
During your visit in the Shrouded Bunker you'll find the door which needs a magnetic card to be opened.
Stand in front of it, turn around 180 degrees and go straight ahead.
Near the wall you'll see a large pipe with the hidden card inside.
