Wasteland 3 Patch 1.2.0 Coming Next Week
inXile Entertainment has announced that next week update 1.2.0 for Wasteland 3 will go live. It will contain a lot of improvements and patches. And in 2021 we will learn more about the game's DLC.
This year's Wasteland 3 was quite warmly-received by RPG enthusiasts, especially those who like post-apocalypse. Unfortunately, despite more than three months since its launch, the title still suffers from many mistakes. However, the team at inXile Entertainment is working hard to change this state of affairs. The company's representatives announced that next week the game will receive a new update, marked 1.2.0 and called Meat Maker Marinade. It is supposed to contain "a lot of improvements and fixes". Their full list is not known so far, but it should be released shortly before the patch's debut.
That said, patch 1.2.0 is only meant to be a prelude to a much bigger update - 1.3.0. The developers hope to release it before the end of the year. It will give Wasteland 3 a Brazilian-Portuguese and Italian translations and support for Mac and Linux-based PCs. Next year we will get the first details about the DLCs for the game. More about this and the novelties to be introduced to the title in the near future (permadeath, further options for animal companions etc.) can be found here.
