According to Chart-Track Group data for the UK market, Battlefield V sold less than half the number of physical copies, in comparison with Battlefield 1 in the same time span in 2016. The game also clearly loses to Call of Duty: Black Ops

Black Ops 4 Battle Royale mode supports 20 players fewer than PUBG or Fortnite, but still more than its Battlefield 5 equivalent
Black Ops 4 battle royale mode named Blackout will only support up to 80 players, Treyarch's Dan Bunting confirmed. According to the developer, it was the best designer choice possible – but it it subject to change if necessary.
