In Sea of Stars, in Lucent, you will find a Painting demanding to get his brother to make amends. What does it mean and how to get the Painting brothers’ chest? Find out in this guide.
One of the paintings in Town of Lucent in Sea of Stars guards a chest. When you try to collect it, it disappears, as the man in the painting takes it away, saying you cannot have the treasure unless you convince his brother to make amends with him. Below we explain how to do it.
Sea of Stars – Painting Brother in Lucent; Mystery Solved
Let’s begin with how to find the house with the painting. You can locate it easily; it’s the first building to the left after you enter the town.
Inside, you will find an elderly NPC knitting, and a chest. Try to interact with the chest to have the man in the painting above it speak to you.
He will tell you to get his brother to make amends to get the chest, but not how to find him, or who his brother is. Luckily, the answer is simple – the brother of a painting can only be another painting. You can find him easily by exiting the house, going left and up. He will be in the building with a rose garden.
Inside, you will find a picture in a square frame. Interact with it, and the man in the painting will tell you what the quarrel between him and his brother is about.
It turns out they fought over Berry Jam, but since they’re now portraits, he can’t bring the food over to his brother himself. It is up to the player to give some Berry Jam to the painting with the round frame in the first house. If you don’t have it, you can make this food yourself, you need 5 Berries to do that.
Once you complete the task, you will be able to open the chest containing a Rainbow Conch.
