Risk of Rain 2 (RoR2)- Unlock New Survivors in Seekers of the Storm (Secret)

Seekers of the Storm is the new DLC to Risk of Rain 2. Developers from Gearbox Software delivered many interesting additions like new items (avoid Warped Echo, though) or mysterious shrines. However, for most players, new Survivors and testing them all are the top priority. We have prepared a list of them with information how to get them.

Risk of Rain 2 (RoR2) - New Survivors in Seekers of the Storm

There are 3 new survivors in Risk of Rain 2 Seekers of the Storm. One of them is unlocked by default. You will have to work a little bit to get two others, though.

Seeker

It is the first of the new Survivors. This character is unlocked by default after buying the DLC. So, you can test it as soon as you enter the game.

Chef

Unlocking the Chef is a little bit more complicated. We have described it in detail in our guide, but in general you have to:

1. Collect 3 items: Bison Steak, Cautious Slug and Infusion.
2. Interact with Halcyon Pillar and activate / go through a green portal
3. Leave the items in the cave, next to the wok.

False Son

False Son is a challenge, we have also prepared a detailed guide on how to unlock him. However, in simple steps, you need to:

1. Acquire Halycon Seed from Aurelionite.
2. Activate the green portal, as it was described in the case of Chef.
3. Go through the stages picking each time green portals.
4. At the end, fight with the boss (you must have Halycon Seed to unlock the character).
