It is a good time for racing enthusiasts, as a few days ago we had a chance to test Assetto Corsa Evo, now we can play Tokyo Xtreme Racer. While both games have some initial technical issues, they are ultimately quite warmly received by fans. However, in the case of TXR, not all players can enjoy the title. Developers have announced that there are some legal issues in Canada, which prevents the launch in this country.

Tokyo Xtreme Racer will not be released in Canada for now

If you are a Canadian and hoped to play Tokyo Xtreme Racer today, you are out of luck. Developers have announced on their official X channel that it will be impossible for now.

Sadly, creators did not explain what reasons are behind this delay. They have assured that they are

not related to car manufacturers or parts manufacturers.

So, why didn’t we hear about it earlier? Developers hoped that they would solve the problem until the official release. As we can see, it is not the case. However, Genki Co.,Ltd. representatives are quite confident that the issue will be fixed soon.

While developers can’t say when exactly Canadian players will be able to enjoy Tokyo Xtreme Racer, as it is not up to them, they have promised to inform the community regularly on the official channels. So, we have to be patient. Let’s hope that the issue will be resolved soon, as it seems that the game gathers quite favorable reviews from fans.
