Eye-pleasing Cinematic Trailer Prepares for Launch of Last Epoch

A cinematic trailer for the hack'n'slash game Last Epoch has hit the web. It is meant to turn up the atmosphere before the upcoming release of version 1.0.

Eleventh Hour Games has released a new CG cinematic trailer for the hack'n'slashLast Epoch. The footage focuses on presenting the game's story.

Recall that Last Epoch is available only on PC. The game debuted in early access in April 2019. The game can be purchased on Steam.

The early access period, which has been going on for more than four years, is finally coming to an end. The developers promise that work is already on the final stretch and a new cinematic trailer has been prepared to turn up the heat ahead of the release of version 1.0, which is expected to take place on February 21, 2024.

The devs also assure that the end of early access will not end the story of Last Epoch, as they currently have plans for at least several years of further development of the game.

Recall that the title turned out to be quite a success. A few months ago, Eleventh Hour Games informed, that sales of Last Epoch exceeded 800 thousand copies. The game also met with a warm reception - on Steam 84% of reviews praised the project, which is categorized as a "very positive" reception.

A few months ago the game experienced a renaissance in popularity thanks to an update that finally added a multiplayer mode. As a result Last Epoch set a new activity record of 40,591 concurrent users. Currently, interest in the game has subsided heavily, and yesterday, at the hottest moment of the day, it was played on Steam by a little over 3,000 players simultaneously
