Last Epoch - How to Get Wraithlord’s Harbour

Fans of LE, especially those who play the Necromancer class, are on the hunt for one of the key items that can significantly enhance their build, and that is the Wraithlord's Harbour Helmet. Last Epoch – How to get Wraithlord’s Harbour Helmet?
The first option to get this item is to use the Forge and the Rune of Ascendance. The Rune allows you to convert an item into a unique or set rarity, which is exactly what Wraithlord's Harbour is. However, this is not a very reliable option, as there is a fair amount of randomness. If you are not discouraged, enter the Forge, then place any helmet there and use the runes. If you are lucky, this will be the fastest way to get this key item.
The second option is to use the Circle of Fortune. Head to Observatory first and talk to Galila. Open her store, select the Regional Lenses tab and purchase the Focusing Lens of The Crown, which will give you a better chance of getting the helmets.
Then, open the Circle of Fortune menu and select North for armor equipment in Dysis Telescope (Idol Prophecies). Insert the purchased Lense into the socket in the bottom-left corner of the screen and start rolling, spending your favor. If a helmet icon with an orange border appears, it means that you will receive a certain number of Unique Helmets after accepting this Prophecy and completing the task. The Wraithlord's Harbour may be included in this reward pool.
