GRID Legends Gamepley Story Mode Video Released
New video, over forty minutes of video footage presenting the story mode in GRID Legends, has appeared on the web.
Codemasters has released an extensive video footage from GRID Legends. The video runs almost 41 minutes and focuses on showcasing the story mode.
The campaign is titled Driven To Glory. Players will take on the role of Driver 22, who is just beginning his racing career. He will be hired as the second driver for the Seneca Racing team, which has not been doing too well in the last few seasons.
The story will unfold through both gameplay and cut-scenes shot in a style modeled after contemporary documentaries. Many of these cutscenes utilize the virtual set technology popularized by The Mandalorian series. This meant that the actors played their roles against LCD screens displaying a three-dimensional environment, which allowed for more natural performances.
Recall that GRID Legends is coming to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 and will be released next month.
Looking forward to GRID Legends it's worth going back to Race Driver: GRID, especially with the Life Career mod.
Life Career is a modification that thoroughly refreshes and expands the career mode in Race Driver: GRID. With this modification our opponents have more unique personalities, we have to deal with money shortages, and our plans are often thwarted by random events. Also the realism of the driving model, crash system, and car prices have been increased. Moreover, drifting difficulty level was raised and the Le Mans 24 race was completely reworked.
As a result, the career mode becomes more varied and less predictable. It also takes much more time to complete it.
