Less than a month ago, the closed beta of Minecraft RTX, a new version of the popular sandbox game with ray-tracing support, began. Today, Nvidia has made five more maps with RTX effects available for beta participants for free, enabling them to test the implemented global lighting on their own and experience interesting adventures inMinecraft. All the worlds have been designed by well-known developers from the game community and can be downloaded from Minecraft Marketplace.
We get maps offering various forms of fun, such as Hilltop Lifestyle, Egg Hunt or Medieval. Thanks to them the players can experience an adventure in a medieval or Italy-inspired village, take part in the search for hidden eggs in a mysterious cave or discover the secrets of an underground kingdom. The worlds have been developed with a view of making the most of ray-tracing elements.
