Final Fantasy XVI Will Get a PC Release In Less Than a Month, Demo Is Out. Game Has a Surprisingly Low Price and System Requirements

Square Enix has announced a PC port of Final Fantasy XVI. The game will debut in September. We got system requirements, price, and a demo.

Unexpectedly, the day before gamescom 2024, Square Enix announced the PC port of Final Fantasy XVI. The game will debut on PCs in less than a month - on September 17, 2024. We also got a short trailer, which you can watch below.

Additionally, players can download the game's demo. It is available on Steam and Epic Games Store. It contains the initial part of the game, and you can easily transfer the save from it to the full version. The demo also offers a special mode called "Eikonic Challenge", which focuses exclusively on combat.

Final Fantasy XVI in the standard edition costs 49,99 dollars. This is a surprisingly low price, especially when compared to that of FF VII Remake, which costed 69,99 USD at launch. The game is also available in the "complete edition", which, besides the base game, includes two expansions and digital goods in the form of weapons and items - its price is 69,99 USD.
