Fallout 4, Skyrim, Dishonored and More With FPS Boost Option on Xbox Series X|S
The update for five Bethesda titles on Xbox Series X|S, announced on Saturday, will hit the players today. Thanks to it we will be able to play them in 60 FPS on Microsoft consoles.

On Saturday, we reported that Fallout 4, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Fallout 76, Prey, and Dishonored: Definitive Edition would get an update on Xbox Series X|S introducing an FPS Boost option that would allow for them to be displayed at 60 fps. As it turns out, these patches will hit the games today. Not only people who have purchased the titles will receive the update, but also subscribers of Xbox Game Pass.
For some titles, the option carries some limitations. Running Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 at 60 fps will involve lowering the resolution. Of course, enabling the feature is optional and does not happen automatically.
