Here's How Long it Takes to Complete Battle Pass in Diablo 4
We have learned how many hours of fun the battle pass will provide in Diablo 4. Players can get ready for a long haul.
Blizzard Entertainment has revealed new information about the battle pass for Diablo 4.
- Completing each such battle pass will take about 80 hours.
- Reaching character level 100 within a given pass may take even longer - it will depend on our play style.
- We will start the fun in each battle pass with a new character, unique to the pass, and then try to level it up to 100 by completing seasonal tasks.
- Battle passes will consist of a free part available to all players and a paid premium path that will offer additional cosmetic items.
- Battle passes are expected to make the endgame in Diablo 4 more enjoyable, but the devs emphasize that they will not be the only way to enjoy the game after completing the campaign. Yesterday we reported, that Diablo IV will receive new story content every three months. So there will be nothing to prevent you from returning to D4 every few months just for the new stories.
- Endgame looks promising, but unfortunately we won't be able to check out this element of the game before the release. The devs have confirmed that they have no plans to conduct a beta of the endgame.
It is worth recalling that last week the devs released an an extensive video introducing the endgame. It was warmly received, which, combined with the very good reception of the beta, has made the fan community very excited about the season passes.
Players seem convinced that they will not have a negative impact on the gameplay, while at the same time the revenues will enable the game to be developed for a long time. In the case of Blizzard, these are not empty promises. In Diablo 3's case the game's development and addition of new content continued for more than a decade and will only end with the release of its successor.
The release of the full version of Diablo 4 will take place on June 6, 2023. The game will debut simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
