Hotfix 1.2.1, released just after the thirteenth patch, has caused new problems in Darktide. Some players have lost their equipment, while others are unable to play at all, and the game crashes to the desktop when launching on both Steam and Game Pass. Patch number thirteen for the cooperative shooter Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has been released. This is a highly anticipated major update that thoroughly refreshes many elements of the game and expands the RPG elements. The list of changes is so long that it couldn't fit into the message limit on Steam.

1. The update has made sweeping changes to classes. The old system, under which every fifth level we chose one perk for our character, was abandoned. Instead, each class received its own unique skill tree, and players get talent points each time they advance to the next level (up to the maximum level 30) .
2. The development tree for each class has three branches - one is filled with abilities already familiar to fans of the game, and two more offer new improvements.
3. The balance of all weapons and all blessings has also been thoroughly improved.
4. The controls and interface have been improved.
5. The Hub has been expanded with six new unlockable movie sequences that provide new information about the game world and the characters that inhabit it. More than 450 conversations have also been added.
6. In addition, numerous bug fixes have been introduced.
