The game launched on June 15, this year. BattleBit Remastered can be played exclusively on PC. The game is available in Steam's Early Access. The developers expect the game to leave the Early Access program within the next two years.
Success of BattleBit Remastered is all the more impressive given that the game had major problems with servers, which stopped working in the second week after its release as a result of DDoS attacks. However, the developers have already dealt with this and, looking at the ratings on Steam, the players have forgiven this slip up.
SgtOkiDoki has ambitious plans to develop the game. The developers want to introduce additional weapons, gadgets and maps. The game will also receive new gameplay modes. In addition, the developers plan to enable the community to manage its own servers - with customized game modes, maps and rules that will be tailored to the administrator's preferences.
