BattleBit Remastered PC

BattleBit Remastered is a multiplayer first-person shooter developed by an indie studio MrOkiDoki. The development began in 2016, while Early Access was scheduled for 2022. Players interesting in testing the game could apply through Steam.

Mechanics

Being a military-themed action game, BattleBit Remastered revolves around exploring a vast map, developing effective strategies and fighting enemies using firearms and grenades.

Battles take place in cities and non-urban areas. Players can drive various land vehicles, boats and call in air support. The developers made sure their actions affect the game's environment. Nearly all in-game objects are destructible, meaning gunfights can damage not only ourselves, but also nearby buildings, vehicles, plants, etc.

BattleBit Remastered also features different character classes. We can play as assault troopers, medics, engineers, scouts. There are also 35 weapon types, each single one being customizable (though we must remember our equipment is affected by the kind of backpack we're wearing). The more diverse the team and the better developed their strategy, the greater the chances of achieving victory.

Game modes

BattleBit Remastered focuses on competitive multiplayer between two various teams. These can be formed out of 8 players, 16, 32, 64 or even 127.

Technical aspects

The game features 3D low poly graphics. It implements both text communications and voice chat (VOIP).
