A month ago we learned that the re-release of Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 will be available this summer. Now we have learned the specific date - the old-new version of the 2004 action RPG will debut on July 20.

Dark Alliance 2 will be released on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

The PC version will be available on Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store. The game will offer a local co-op mode on each platform; the Steam edition will additionally have online co-op thanks to Remote Play.

Moreover, Interplay assures that the game is well prepared and optimized for Steam Deck.

The fans can start the countdown to the release of the classic in 4K resolution. The original Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 was released on PlayStation 2 and Xbox consoles in 2004, so it's been a few gaming eras ago.
