Release of the full version Baldur's Gate 3 is today. We would like to remind you that the possibility to purchase and download the game will start at 5 p.m. CET/ 8 a.m. PST. We recommend reading the message about what every fan of the game - including those with the early access version - should do before playing. At the same hour, the game's reviews will be published, including ours.

Release of the full version of the highly anticipated Baldur's Gate 3 will take place in just one week. According to an infographic published on the game's subreddit - coming from its launcher - the new adventure in the Forgotten Realms will begin exactly on August 3 at 5 p.m. CET / 8 a.m. PST. This, of course, applies to the PC version, which is available on Steam and GOG. On PS5 the game will be released only on September 6.

Interestingly, the developers previously mentioned that the full version of the game will be released two hours later. Let's also not forget the fact that originally Baldur's Gate 3 was supposed to debut on PC on August 31 - Larian apparently really can't wait for the gamers to finally try out the latest installment of Baldur's Gate in its final form.

Recall that it is not possible in any way play the full version of Baldur's Gate 3 on PCs before the official release (early access includes only the first act). This does not apply to owners of the Digital Deluxe Edition on the PS5 console, who will be able to start playing up to 72 hours before the debut (i.e. September 3).

Unfortunately, we don't know anything yet about the possibility of downloading the game files early. Those interested in the full version of the game must prepare at least 150 GB of free space on their disks. This also applies to those who had previously downloaded the third game in early access. Larian has repeatedly said that a bunch of things have been changed - and added - in the final release, so a reinstall is a must.

Baldur's Gate 3 looks really promising. In the full version of the game there will be a lot of races and character classes to choose from, many interesting options for romance, and even the ability to toss companions. Let's not forget 17 thousand variations of the ending and 170 hours of cinematics.
