Koby is a character who has accompanied One Piece fans almost from the beginning. He debuted in the second chapter of the manga and although he did not join Luffy's crew, they became friends. Koby, however, decided to stand on the opposite side of the barricade by joining the Navy. Nevertheless, he remains a recurring character whose recent development certainly surprised many.

Koby is becoming an increasingly important and powerful representative of the Navy, so it seems appropriate that we are getting to know him better. However, there is one thing that has remained a mystery about him for 27 years, and it seems to be basic information that should have been revealed to us. All we know is that he was in the East Blue Sea at the beginning of the story, but it has not been revealed where exactly Koby came from.

However, this is supposedly going to change soon. The Artur - Library of Ohara profile on X, sharing the latest information about One Piece, revealed that from the upcoming Vivre Cards we will learn the truth about the kingdom from which Koby originates.

Vivre Cards are special cards with information about the manga characters that are placed in One Piece databooks. Vivre Cards are released in batches and in the one where we will learn about Koby's origin, there will also be information about Helmeppo, Grus, SWORD members, Kujaku, Garp, Stussy, Ginny, and Punks. They are supposed to contain a few interesting facts that will certainly interest OP fans, although it seems that the information about Koby and his origins may be the most important.
