Action RPG Black Myth: Wukong on New Extensive Gameplay
Several minutes of gameplay from the action RPG Black Myth: Wukong have hit the web.
On the occasion of gamescom 2023, Game Science released an extensive gameplay from Black Myth: Wukong, a promising action RPG developed on Unreal Engine 5 inspired by Chinese folklore and the classic 16th century novel Journey to the West.
- The footage lasts more than twelve minutes and gives a good idea of the direction the project is taking..
- It shows exploration, the save system and, above all, combat, demonstrating the many types of enemies we will face, as well as the equally rich selection of fighting techniques we will use to defeat them.
- We can also see a clash with an ingenious miniboss in the form of a greedy man trapped in stone.
Black Myth: Wukong is heading for PC,Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, and is scheduled for release in the middle of next year.
For this year's edition of the German fair, the devs have also prepared a a new trailer, which was screened during the gamescom 2023 Opening Night Live.
A demo version of the game was made available in China a few days ago, showing an approximately 45-minute segment from the middle part of the story campaign. Unfortunately, for now we don't know when, or if at all, this demo will land in the hands of players from other countries.
