NFS Unbound doesn't let you fast travel once you're out on the streets. You must drive to each destination on your own. You can, however, choose a spawn point closest to your objective at the beginning of each day.
During some days you can take on additional challenges - friend calls - which can reward you with new hideouts. Don't ignore these quests - they might not appear the next day and the accessible playing area constantly expands, so the more hideouts you have, the better.
If you join someone in multiplayer, you may end up immediately transported to the race's location.
Keep in mind that hideouts aren't just spawn points or locations where you can end the day. They are also important during chases. If you manage to get out of the cops' sight, you can hide in one of your garages. This will guarantee they won't find you again.
