The first and the second manual page

First two pages are located at the two sides of the ship - on its bow as well as on its right boardside in the back.

The third page

You will get the third page after destroying three gold fans. Two of them are on the lower level (next to each other) and the third one is on the upper floor, near to the spot where the robot with a bazooka spawns.

The fourth page

The next page is beyond the wall which you must destroy on your way through the level (the one with a broken mechanism on its other side). When you destroy the cracked object on your right, the page will appear.

Destroy the transparent flags

While playing as Uni-Kitty, locate 3 flags made of rainbow bricks in order to get the manual page. Two are on the lower level, one is on the upper floor.

Pants

Destroy the padlock

First, you have to use a laser to destroy the gold padlock on the chest.

Build the construction and get the pants

As the next step, build a construction out of green bricks. A craft full of robots will appear. Once you eliminate them you will get the pants (spawned near the chest location).
