While playing as a mech, you can pull down two neon signs - 'hotel' and 'fish'. As a reward you will receive another page.

The next gold page is in the metro station. To get there, you have to destroy gold grille.

Build a statue between the two buildings - you will get a manual page

Move to the right corner of the square and build a statue out of bricks. This will grant you a manual page.

Pants

Pants

To get the pants on this level, head to the roof of the highest building where the police is shooting from. There, as Lord Business, use the switch and destroy the rainbow bricks. Behind them you will find the pants.
