In this intersection the previous order of acting will be reversed - you will start in New York, heading to the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. To get to the destination point, approach to any blue vehicle machines in the vicinity and use it to summon a jet. Notice that the nearest device will be shown on your minimap.

Standing on the Helicarrier's board use the computer to move to the bridge. Now talk to Nick Fury, so you can start next mission.
