The game contains three alternative endings that depend on your progress in the game. They are as follows:

Self-portrait

In order to get this ending you must collect all the whispered words that are related to the passion of the character while avoiding items related to his wife. Avoid all mirrors, chairs and most of all her ghost that appears in episode four and five. You should also avoid death and you should follow the rats by collecting their drawings.

Portrait of wife and child

Depending on your wants, you can see the portrait of both characters at the end of the game. You must simply focus on all items that are related to them. Collect whispered words related to them and avoid the rats. You should also risk facing ghosts and not avoid contacts with your wife.

Portrait of wife

Simply complete the game while ignoring collectibles available in the game. You must only die once by her hands.
