Release Date: September 30, 2024
The first expansion for Bethesda's 2023 RPG. Starfield: Shattered Space allows us to learn more about House Va'Ruun and we are tasked with stopping a new cosmic threat. We can explore Va'Ruun's home planet, with a bunch of new quests, weapons and equipment available.
Starfield: Shattered Space is the first expansion for the 2023 sci-fi RPG Starfield. The DLC was developed by the authors of the base version of the game, Bethesda Game Studios, whose portfolio also includes The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series.
Starfield: Shattered Space allows us to get to know the mysterious House Va'Ruun up close. After receiving a distress call from an abandoned space station, our character and their team decide to head to Va’Ruun’kai, the home planet of this faction. Once there, it turns out that a new power has awakened in the city of Dazra - a terrifying cosmic threat that we must face.
Starfield: Shattered Space expansion introduces an additional storyline and related quests. Throughout subsequent missions, we learn more about the danger lurking for humanity, and as we navigate the tense political landscape, we gradually uncover the history and secrets of the House Va’Ruun, as well as play a role in shaping its future.
During the exploration of the planet Va'Ruun'kai we can get our hands on previously unavailable elements of equipment, including new weapons and unique suits.
Starfield: Shattered Space is a non-standalone DLC, so it requires the base version of Starfield to run.

Game Ratings for Starfield: Shattered Space Video Game.
GRYOnline.pl: 5.5 / 10 by Szymon Rusnarczyk
Games like The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 or even Skyrim introduced lots of new, high quality content with their respective expansions. Shattered Space was supposed to be one of such add-ons – after a bumpy debiut of Starfield, Bethesda surely would deliver something really good. Sadly, this is not the case.
Jump Dash Roll: 5 / 10 by Derek Johnson
Although Starfield: Shattered Space isn't objectively terrible, it's both lacking in content and creativity, and serves as a staunch reminder that not every game's first major update in over a year can be as good as Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.
GamingTrend: 70 / 100 by David Flynn
Starfield: Shattered Space has some excellent side quests and interesting new places to explore. Unfortunately, it's all tied together by a largely boring main quest, and leaves what could have been its standout character as completely optional and in the background.
